모이드(이하 “회사”)는 모바일 게임 애니믹스(Animix)(이하 “본 앱”)를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 방침을 둡니다.

1. 회사가 직접 수집하는 개인정보

없습니다. 본 앱은 회원가입, 로그인, 이메일·전화번호·이름 등 어떠한 개인정보 입력도 요구하지 않으며, 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 게임 데이터

게임 진행을 위해 아래 정보가 이용자의 기기 내부 저장 영역에만 보관됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 회사는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

저장 위치: Android/iOS는 앱 로컬 저장소, 앱인토스 버전은 앱인토스가 제공하는 기기 내 저장소를 사용합니다. 이 데이터는 개인을 식별할 수 없는 게임 기록입니다.

3. 광고 서비스를 통한 정보 수집

본 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영을 위해 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공자가 아래 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

3-1. Google Play / App Store 버전 — Google AdMob

• 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)
• 기기 정보(기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어, 국가)
• IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적인 지역 정보
• 광고 노출·클릭 등 광고 상호작용 기록

수집 주체는 Google LLC이며, 처리 방식은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.

3-2. 앱인토스(Apps in Toss) 버전

앱인토스에서 제공하는 광고 기능만 사용하며, 외부 광고 네트워크를 연동하지 않습니다. 해당 광고와 관련한 정보 처리는 비바리퍼블리카(토스)의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

4. 이용 목적

• 게임 기록 저장 및 이어하기 기능 제공
• 광고 표시 및 광고 성과 측정
• 부정 클릭 등 광고 어뷰징 방지

5. 보유 및 파기

• 게임 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 삭제 후 복구할 수 없습니다.
• 광고 관련 정보: Google 등 광고 제공자의 보관 정책에 따르며, 회사는 이를 보유하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

광고 맞춤설정 해제 / 광고 ID 재설정

• Android: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 → 광고 ID 삭제 또는 광고 ID 재설정
• iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → 앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용 끄기

게임 데이터 삭제

• Android: 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 애니믹스 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제, 또는 앱 삭제
• iOS: 앱 삭제
• 앱인토스: 토스 앱에서 애니믹스 미니앱 삭제

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 확인한 경우 지체 없이 삭제 조치합니다. 법정대리인은 아래 연락처로 확인 및 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 표시를 위한 정보 처리는 아래 사업자가 수행합니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

본 앱은 게임 데이터를 외부로 전송하지 않으며, 모든 외부 통신은 광고 SDK가 HTTPS 암호화 채널로 수행합니다.

10. 방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 시행일 최소 7일 전에 공지합니다.

Animix Privacy Policy

Moid (“we”, “us”) provides the mobile game Animix (the “App”). This policy explains how information is handled.

1. Information We Collect Directly

None. The App requires no sign-up or login and asks for no name, email, or phone number. We operate no server that collects or stores user data.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following is stored only in local storage on your device. It is never transmitted, and we cannot access it: best score, total plays, highest evolution tier, daily streak and last play date, and mute setting. This data cannot identify an individual.

3. Information Collected Through Advertising

The App is free and displays ads. On the Google Play and App Store versions, Google AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA)
• Device information (model, OS version, language, country)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under the Google Privacy Policy.

The Apps in Toss version uses only the advertising features provided by Apps in Toss; no third-party ad network is integrated.

4. Purpose of Use

• Saving game progress and enabling continue functionality
• Displaying ads and measuring ad performance
• Preventing invalid traffic and ad fraud

5. Retention and Deletion

• Game data: deleted when the App is uninstalled. It cannot be recovered.
• Advertising data: retained by the ad provider under its own policy. We retain none of it.

6. Your Choices

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track
• Delete game data: Android — Settings → Apps → Animix → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the App. iOS — uninstall the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at the address below.

8. Third Parties

We do not sell or share personal information. Advertising is processed by Google LLC (AdMob) on the Google Play and App Store versions, and by Viva Republica Co., Ltd. on the Apps in Toss version.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page, at least 7 days in advance for material changes.
